Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Aven, a digital invitation studio operated by Atelier Social (“Aven,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order or using an Aven invitation, you agree to the terms below.

What we provide

Aven designs and builds a personalised digital invitation website for your event, along with tools to manage RSVPs, your guest list, table planning, and a shared memory wall, depending on the package you choose.

Placing an order

Orders are placed through our website. Payment is arranged directly with our team, outside the platform — we’ll be in touch shortly after you order to confirm the details and payment method.

Delivery and design timelines depend on the package and add-ons selected, and will be communicated to you directly once your order is confirmed.

Your responsibilities

• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, guest information, and other content you provide us.
• You’re responsible for content submitted through your invitation — including photos, wording, and guest information — and confirm you have the right to share it.
• You’ll keep your sign-in code private. It’s personal to your account, and you’re responsible for anything done through your dashboard while signed in.
• You must be legally able to enter into these terms to place an order.

Guest-facing use

The RSVP and memory wall features are intended for genuine guests of the event they belong to. Uploading unlawful, abusive, or infringing content is not permitted, and we may remove any content that violates this or that a couple asks us to remove from their own event.

Ownership

Once your order is complete, the invitation is yours to use for your event. We may showcase completed work — including design excerpts — in our own portfolio and marketing, without using your private guest or RSVP data.

Availability

We work to keep Aven available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aven’s liability for any claim relating to your order or use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or remove access to an invitation or account if these terms are violated, including misuse of the RSVP or memory wall features.

Governing law

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes to these terms, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Aven after a change means you accept the updated terms.
